Terms of Service

Effective date: July 8, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Seven Portal (“Seven Portal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of the Seven Portal mobile application, our websites, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read Sections 12 (Health and Medical Disclaimer), 13 (Assumption of Risk and Release), 15 (Disclaimers), and 16 (Limitation of Liability) carefully — they limit our liability and affect your legal rights.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.


3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.


4. The Service

Seven Portal is a curated platform that connects Members with hand-picked Coaches and provides tools for training programs, nutrition tracking, progress tracking, and in-app messaging. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.


5. Coaches and Coach Content

Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Seven Portal. We curate the Coaches on the platform, but we do not provide coaching ourselves and we are not a party to the coaching relationship between you and your Coach.

Programs, guidance, and advice provided by Coaches reflect their own expertise and judgment based on the information you share. We do not independently verify, endorse, or guarantee any Coach’s advice, programs, qualifications, or results. You rely on Coach Content at your own discretion and risk.


6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Pricing and plans

The Service offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase:

  • Monthly: $19/month
  • Annual: $199/year ($16.58/month equivalent)

How subscriptions are billed

Subscriptions are sold and billed through the app store you use — the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your purchase is also subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms, and applicable taxes are handled by them at checkout. The charge appears on your statement from Apple or Google.

Custom programs (paid directly to your coach)

Personalized (custom) programs are a separate, one-time service provided by an independent coach and paid for directly to that coach, outside the app-store subscription. Seven Portal is not the seller of a custom program and is not a party to that payment; the coach is responsible for delivering the program and for any refund, as described in our Refund Policy.

Free trial

Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law.

Price changes

We may change our prices from time to time. Any price change will apply to billing periods after the change, and we will give you advance notice where required by law. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.


7. Custom Programs

Coaches may offer Custom Programs as one-time purchases within a set price band. Custom Programs are built specifically for you. Because the work is performed for you, Custom Programs are non-refundable once a Coach has begun building or has delivered the program, except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law.


8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

We reserve the right to investigate and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.


10. Your Content

You retain ownership of Content you upload (such as photos, messages, and data). By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display it solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service — including sharing relevant data with the Coach you are working with.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others. When you delete your account, your Content is permanently removed, subject to the retention exceptions in our Privacy Policy.


11. Intellectual Property

All Content, features, and functionality of the Service (including design, code, text, graphics, and the “seven” name and branding) are owned by Seven Portal or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Programs created by Coaches remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. You may not copy, distribute, or share Coach programs outside of the Service.


12. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The Service provides fitness coaching, nutrition tracking, and related tools for general informational and educational purposes. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Seven Portal and its Coaches are not your doctors, and use of the Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any fitness, nutrition, or supplementation program, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or have an injury. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read or received through the Service.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.


13. Assumption of Risk and Release

Physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, illness, or, in rare cases, death. You understand these risks and voluntarily choose to participate in any training, exercise, or nutrition program accessed through the Service.

You participate at your own risk and are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits, using proper form and equipment, and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and waive any claims against Seven Portal and its Coaches arising from injury, harm, or loss resulting from your participation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.


14. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (such as the Apple App Store and Google Play for subscription billing, Apple and Google for sign-in and health-data integrations, and others described in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control them.


15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that you will achieve any particular fitness, health, or other result.


16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Portal and its owners, officers, employees, and Coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.


17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven Portal and its owners, officers, employees, and Coaches from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.


18. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.


19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in Indonesia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at privacy@sevenportal.app so we can try to resolve the matter informally.


20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top and provide notice where required. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
