Refund Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through the Seven Portal mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by Seven Portal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
1. How Payments Are Processed
Your app subscription is sold and billed through the app store you downloaded the app from — the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handles the transaction, applicable taxes, and subscription refunds under their own policies, and the charge appears on your statement from them.
Personalized (custom) programs are a separate, one-time service you purchase directly from your coach, outside the app store. Refunds for a custom program are handled with your coach as described in Section 4.
2. Free Trial
All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly ($19/month) or annually ($199/year). You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Profile section of the app.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. Because subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds for subscription charges are governed by their respective policies and are requested through Apple or Google — not through us.
As a goodwill measure, if you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 14 days of that charge without having used the Service during the new period, we will do our best to help you obtain a refund through the app store at our discretion.
4. Custom Programs
Custom programs are a one-time service built for you by a coach and paid for directly to that coach. Once a coach has begun work on or delivered your custom program, the purchase is non-refundable, as the service has been performed.
If you request a refund before a coach has started building your program, contact your coach; refunds for a custom program are issued by the coach who was paid. We will help facilitate the request where we can.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where such laws grant you a statutory right to a refund, that right applies in addition to this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following details:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Subscription refunds are issued by the Apple App Store or Google Play to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider; custom-program refunds are issued by your coach.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
