The Trainerize bill grows with you
Trainerize’s tiers are banded by client count: 5, 15, 30, 50, 75, 100, 200. Every band you cross because you did your job well, you pay more. That is a rational business model — it is just one where your growth is their revenue event, not yours.
The add-ons are the part coaches tend to underestimate. Advanced Nutrition is $20/month on smaller Pro plans and $45/month at 30+ clients. Video Coaching is $10/month. Taking payments through Stripe inside the app is another $10/month. A coach using all three is paying $65/month on top of the plan. The custom branded app is a $169 one-timefee — a real cost, but a one-off, and we’d rather state it correctly than inflate it.
What seven does differently
seven doesn’t sell you software. It sells memberships to people who want a real coach, and gives the coaches the platform for free.

When ABC Trainerize is the better choice
The deepest integration ecosystem of any coaching app — wearables, MyFitnessPal, gym equipment — and a mature Studio tier if you run a facility with multiple trainers.
seven is also young. If you need a mature product with a decade of edge cases already solved, rather than a platform still finding its feet, ABC Trainerize will serve you better, and we’d rather say so.
The catch, plainly
seven is early, and that is the real trade. As of July 2026 there are 3 coaches and 6 members, and the apps are live on iPhone. seven is not going to hand you a client base — bring the clients you already coach.
